A Day of Tennis, Celebration & Community! | 2026 USTA Northern Arizona Tennis & Awards Social
More than 60 tennis enthusiasts gathered at Outbound Sedona on October 24 for the 2026 USTA Northern Arizona Tennis & Awards Social. With beautiful weather, on-court activities, great food, and plenty of opportunities to connect, it was a fantastic afternoon celebrating tennis throughout Northern Arizona!
The courts were buzzing with activity. Zach led a Wilson Demo Day, giving participants the opportunity to try a variety of Wilson racquets and enjoy fun giveaways through a Hit & Get format. Sterling organized an energetic LiveBall court, while Andrea kept things moving on the Triples court. Players of all ages and levels had the opportunity to get on court, try something new, and enjoy the game.
Off the court, everyone enjoyed delicious pizza, salad, and gelato generously provided by Pizzicletta.
The afternoon also recognized the outstanding individuals, families, volunteers, and organizations who make tennis thrive throughout Northern Arizona. Congratulations again to all of our 2026 award recipients!
We also celebrated NAU Tennis Center, recipient of the 2026 USTA Outstanding Facility Award, recognizing its contributions to growing and supporting tennis in our region.
A huge thank-you to everyone who attended, volunteered, organized activities, provided food, and helped make the afternoon such a success. Events like this remind us that tennis is about more than the game — it’s about community, friendships, and celebrating the people who make it all possible.
