The Parks Manager released this statement regarding the tennis courts:
The outdoor tennis courts within the City of Flagstaff Parks and Recreation system will open on Friday, May 15th by the late morning hour.
Each of you reached out to the City regarding the court closure, and as expressed then, staff sincerely appreciates your understanding and patience during the pandemic related closure of the seventeen (17) courts that are spread around our wonderful parks system.
Please note the CDC guidelines regarding your health and safety have not altered since the pandemic began; therefore, the practice of good personal hygiene as well as awareness of utilizing sport courts is needed during this unprecedented time and re-entry into recreational use.
