BEFORE ENTERING THIS EVENT PLEASE NOTE THE USTA POLICY ON WITHDRAWALS AND NO-SHOWS: This is a USTA sanctioned event for ranking points and subject to USTA regulations.  If a player withdraws after draws have been published for a reason other than documented illness or injury, that player is subject to the assessment of four (4) suspension points.  An accumulation of 10 suspension points in a rolling year, for a variety of regulation violations could result in the player’s suspension from USTA play for 3 months (first suspension.)  If a player does not show for their match (fails to notify tournament in advance) that player is subject to five (5) suspension points per violation.  The reason for this regulation is that late withdrawals negatively impact the draw and the players in that draw and withdrawals should be made only in unavoidable circumstances.

USTA Refund Policy:  There are no refunds after entries close and selections are made.

Players must be prepared to play at any time during the time of the sanction period which, in this tournament, is any time during the day of May 18. Given the number of matches and number of courts available it is possible first matches for some will not go on until 5:00 p.m.  We cannot know when first round match times will be scheduled until entries close and the number of matches per division is known for this event.
