Overview
Our organization provides USTA programming in the Northern Arizona Region of the Southwest Section. There are five other regions in the SW Section, including Northern New Mexico, Phoenix, Southern Arizona, Greater El Paso, TX, and Southern New Mexico. Our area of responsibility stretches across all of Northern Arizona, to include Apache, Coconino, Mohave, Navajo and Yavapai counties.
Advocating for NAZ is a Council comprised of NAZ tennis volunteers,
who support the delivery of the USTA Mission and Strategic Priorities
through relationships with community tennis leaders and Regional
Community Tennis Associations (CTA’s) to increase visibility of the
programs, services, and activities of the USTA Southwest.
The 2022/2023 NAZ Advisory Committee is comprised of the following volunteers and Staff Members:

We encourage our community players to reach out to any of these
individuals to offer your assistance in ways to support the mission. NAZ
is always looking to recruit committed volunteers!
Our Story
The programs that we provide include, but are not limited to, Advancing and Non-Advancing USTA leagues, Junior Team Tennis, adult and junior tournaments, and school and community tennis.
The goal of the NAZ Region is to provide a pathway for all ages to play tennis, from young juniors, teenagers, young adults, to senior adults. The programming includes 1) providing the basics of tennis and ball sports; and (2) creating both recreational and competitive tennis for all ages and levels of NAZ tennis players.
Within our Region, are several areas that have Community Tennis Associations which help the Region provide tennis opportunities in their respective areas. These tennis opportunities include USTA and non-USTA programming. The CTAs are Flagstaff Tennis Association, Kingman Tennis Association and Prescott Area Tennis Association.
